Myfxea is an information network of news desks, analysis departments, that closely watch the international markets, thus creating high-quality contents. The Myfxea analysis team can create daily and weekly text video-based analysis with forecasts of where they believe the markets are heading. Our readers receive data, both in texts, graphs, and also in video whereby they are allowed to understand what’s going on in the financial markets.

Myfxea believes you have a right to know our practices regarding the type of information Myfxea collects when you connect to, access, or use the Site. The availability and operation of the Site and/or the Service depend on communications networks among other factors. Myfxea does not warrant or guarantee that the site and/or service will operate, be available at any time without interruption or disruption or be error-free.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Myfxea and its service providers, including their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, subcontractors and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site and/or Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) any damage of any sort, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, you may cause to any third party which relates to your use of the Site and/or Service (including your violation of any third party rights); and (iv) any claims for financial or other kind of damages arising out of any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance on the use of the Site and/or Services (including but not limited to the use of the Content and results related to optimal fees).

You agree that Myfxea’s service providers and other third parties referred to above are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions set out above, and that such third parties shall have the right to enforce such rules as if they were a party to this Agreement.
Myfxea reserves the right, at its own sole discretion and without any prior notice, to update, delete or add to these Terms. Except as stated otherwise, such change to these Terms shall be effective on the date stated under “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Site after Last Revised shall be deemed to be your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by such changes.
At any time, Myfxea may shut down your access to the Site and/or Service and may temporarily or permanently limit, suspend or terminate your access for whatever reason, at its sole discretion, apart from any other remedy Myfxea may be entitled to under any applicable law. Myfxea may make such actions if Myfxea finds that you have violated any of the terms in any manner.

Additionally, Myfxea may at its sole discretion immediately cease operating The Site and/or Service, or any part of them, temporarily or forever. It shall not be obligated to provide any prior notice. You agree and acknowledge that Myfxea shall bear no liability with regard to, or in connection to the discontinuation of the operation of the Site and/or Service, together with any losses of data. Surviving provisions of the Intellectual Property, Disclaimer and Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and General sections survive any expiration or termination of the Terms.
